It’s about shifting, evolving, and learning to forgive (especially yourself) while looking forward with hope. The real question is: What do you want for your life, and how can you build the skills to get there?
This isn’t about “woo-woo” talk — it’s about real work, faith, and proven techniques. I call it soul healing. 💛
