Do you have a problem with depression?
Do you have a problem with feeling good one day, bad the next? I’m going to call that the dipping. Do you dip? Do you allow yourself to dip down?
I’m going to describe it very easily in New York terms to help you with a spiritual solution.
So there’s a house. It’s the foundation. And inside the house is a doorway—and it goes downstairs to the basement. Let’s say there are like ten steps. And when you go down, down, down, and you get to step one at the bottom, you’re in the dark basement. And then you’re kind of stuck there.
The idea with spiritual tools is: do not enter the basement. Do not open the door. And that is the spiritual discipline that we all must have. Because when we are emotional, we are weak. When we freak out, we are weak. And we are leaking our energy.
We want to be masters of our energy field. That means to stay balanced spiritually and in alignment.
And we do that without complaining. Without having a pity party. Without losing control. Without dipping.
It is within our means to do so—to not allow yourself to open that basement door of depression. To not allow yourself to indulge the emotions. To heal yourself by saying:
“I just won’t go there.”
I won’t allow and indulge the bad feelings, the complaining, the negativity, and the pity party.
And with that discipline, one can become a master of their own energy field—and be powerful and in control.
