How do we cope with the world’s trauma? It’s not only about the grief of watching people suffer, but there are deeper questions that arise when we witness these horrendous events. Spiritual questions haunt us: Why is this happening? Why is it the Jews? Didn’t they suffer enough in the Holocaust? Why do good people suffer? Will this trauma spread? Is this Karma? These profound questions intensify the grief a millionfold.
So, we’re going to take a shot at it, much like Einstein, who said, “Everything’s a miracle or nothing’s a miracle.” Everything is spiritual now, or nothing is spiritual. Everything is a soul issue, or nothing is a soul issue. From this perspective, we need to understand and survive the horrors we witness with our eyes, which is incredibly challenging.
This is the age of Aquarius, the time of spiritual prophecy mentioned in ancient books and the Bible. Teachers who have left the planet have left us to solve it. The prophecy is that this is a time of spiritual resurrection. This truth comes through alchemy, where things break apart to be put back together again. Cataclysm, trauma, disruption, and disharmony precede inner peace.
It is essential to understand that we do not wake up easily. There are many ways to awaken. It could be a gentle alarm, and we might not pay attention. It could be confronting our issues, and we might not pay attention. But when there is tragedy, death, and suffering, we do pay attention. We develop a deep longing for peace, a profound wake-up call, a sobriety of suffering for others that makes us stop worrying about petty things and focus on what truly matters.
So, we need to understand the alchemy of cataclysm before peace. Hold on and do what you can. That means sending practical energy. Scientific proof shows that when we send prayers, it’s an energy that reaches and affects people. Imagine the world surrounded in violet and blue healing fire and light. Envision everyone holding hands in a circle, sending this violet-blue energy to those in need.
This is what you can do. Also, use the trauma in your personal life to become kinder, more spiritually aware, and learn from it. Then, individually and globally, there will be a new day.
