One day there might be a scientific study of the power of prayer and the power of world prayers. So today, I’m going to share with you one of those great, great energy prayers that could help us in this time period. But first, it’s important to know that the holy place that is being fought over has changed. It is now an inner place within the Consciousness that is the evolution of the times. The holy place for all of us has moved within.
Also, to know, and here’s a saying, light is thrown into every dark place so that nothing is hidden and everything shall be revealed. So right now in the world, we can see everything. It’s dredged up, and we know where it is. And that is the only way to heal – to see it. Back to the prayers and the spiritual sayings that really do have power. Well, there’s the Bab of Vita, there’s the Gatri: “Unveil to us the face of the true spiritual son.” The Bible, which has St. John, The Gospel, which is so powerful, and the Lord’s Prayer. And the four noble truths of the Buddha and the Ten Commandments from Moses. These are holy energy vibrational fields.
And as I said, I hope one day they study the science of it and the power of its effect. But I’d like to share the great invocation channelled by Alice Bailey in the 20s. That was not for personal prayer, not for selfish reasons, but for world peace. And that is what we need – World Peace. So here is the great invocation:
From the point of Light Within Mind Of God,
let light stream forth into the minds of men.
Let light descend on Earth.
From the point of Love within the heart of God,
let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ Consciousness return to Earth.
From the center where the will of God is known,
let purpose guide the little Wills of men – the purpose which the Masters know and serve.
From the center which we call the race of Men,
let the plan of love and light work out, and may it seal the door where evil dwells.
Let light and love and power restore the plan on Earth.
There is a divine plan, and we must keep steady in the light while it reveals itself – to keep forever hopeful and forever in the vision of a better tomorrow for all.
